We know that even though the current situation may not be the perfect scenario, at least the drawbacks are known. With new shit they are not.

The 2nd video is a wide grip deadlift. New to me. I hate it. It's so challenging to keep lower back straight and upper back - engaged in the beginning of the motion. I can avoid it and just keep doing the lifts I'm good at... and then -an inevitable plateau?
