Yet another russian recipe that's 1. veganized 2. made high protein. Without further ado:
- 2 cups vital wheat gluten
- 1/2 cups chick pea flower
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cups nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Use your imagination! But if you're struggling, here are some ideas:
- mushrooms + morning star sausage
- sauteed cabbage and carrots + chick peas
- onion + chive + cheese
- cinnamon, coriander + raisins + butternut squash
Air fry for 10 min at 350 F flipping half way through. Conventional oven: 7 min per side, or until done at 375.
