PLEASE DO NOT SKIP WARMUP!!! Share with a lazy friend who always skips it and jumps into the workout, then gets injured quickly...

Warmup:

Workout: 3 sets of 20 of each

  • Knee banded squatted lateral walk
  • Standing banded kick backs
  • Donkey kicks
  • Wall Sits + elbow slides
  • Superman hold
