ROBIN FAY MASSIE I Spiritual and Life Сoach
ROBIN FAY MASSIE is a professional violist and registered nurse in the Baltimore/D.C. area.
Robin is one of the most energetic and happiest people you'll ever meet, and is excited to empower others to take care of themselves. She has a unique fitness journey - from being overweight to becoming a yoga practitioner and life coach!
She has performed with numerous regional orchestras. As a recording artist, she has appeared in concert, both live and on television, with notable artists such as Jill Scott and Stevie Wonder. Recent backup performances include live appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (2017), with Eminem at the Firefly Music Festival (2018), on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (2018), NPR’s Tiny Desk summer concert series (2018), and with Ms. Lauryn Hill at the Hollywood Bowl (2019).
With a heart for service, she founded Musicians of Mercy (MOM) in January 2010 – a collective of musicians and artists which produces benefit concerts to raise funds for humanitarian causes – and serves as its Executive Director.
Massie also works nights as an emergency department registered nurse at a hospital in Baltimore, MD. There, she provides the same level of joy, compassion, and artistry with her patients and within the hospital community.
Massie enjoys spending time with her daughter, practicing yoga, dancing, and encouraging others in the realms of life and fitness.
