Without further ado:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups vital wheat gluten
- 1/2 cups chick pea flower
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cups nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Filling options:
The possibilities are endless! Here are some ideas:
- mushrooms + morning star sausage
- sauteed cabbage and carrots + chick peas
- onion + chive + cheese
- cinnamon, coriander + raisins + butternut squash
Method:
Air fry: 350°F for 10 min, flipping half way through.
Conventional oven: 375°F for 7 min per side, or until done.
Makes 8 medium pies.
