For those who say they’re lazy / busy to meal prep…
It takes 30 min to boil some lentils + roast veggies for the week. Tofu you can even buy cooked/ smoked / marinated, so it’s ready to eat. On the plate are two slices of pressed tofu skin *to die for taste AND great macros!*
Breakfast was tvp + oats + banana muesli
Dinner was salad cause I’m so lazy post vacay… found some tofurky and ate it with a whole bell pepper and a small head of iceberg lettuce like a savage
