These muffins are EVERYTHING a great muffin truly wants to be:
- One bowl
- Chocolate
- Peanut butter
- Bananas “duh!”
- 13 g PROTEIN per serving
- And perfect fluffy consistency.
Ingredients:
- 4 T, PB Powder
- 0.75 cup(s), Stevia or any other sweetener that replaces sugar 1:1.
- 1 tbsp(s), Sugar
- 1 tbs, Acv
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 ounce, Peanut Butter
- 0.75 cup (35g), Vital Wheat Gluten
- 1.50 scoop (29.8g/1.05oz), Plant based protein (I used vanilla TRU Protein, see discount in the previous post)
- 0.75 cup, Wheat flour, all-purpose
- 1 tsp, Salt
- 1 tsp(s), Vanilla Extract
- 12 oz, Banana
Optional Ingredients:
- 0.25 cup(s), Chocolate Chips
- 0.25 tsp, Almond Extract
- 1 teaspoon, Macca
- 1 tsp, Cinnamon
Chocolate batter additional ingredients:
- 0.25 cup (8 fl oz), Water
- 2 tbl, Cocoa
- 1 tsp sugar
Method:
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Mix all wet ingredients, fold in evenly mixed try ingredients
- Separate half the batter and mix the chocolate batter ingredients in.
- Spoon half vanilla batter and half chocolat batter into each muffin
- Pop into the oven for 22-25 min
